Das Risiko einer \u00dcberschreitung wird f\u00fcr die Gesamtheit des Klientendossiers bewertet, und zwar anhand der Differenzen zwischen den zu fakturierenden Zeiten und den KLV-Zeiten der Leistungen &#8218;B &#8211; Untersuchungen und Behandlungen&#8216; und &#8218;C &#8211; Grundpflege&#8216;. Die Leistung &#8218;A &#8211; Evaluation, Beratung, Koordination&#8216;, deren Anzahl schwankt, wird bei der Bewertung des Risikoniveaus nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ebenen sind wie
