MedLink, nous progressons dans la simplification du formulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les <strong>Evaluations<\/strong> (Newsletter du 17.11.2021), les <strong>MRP<\/strong> (30.03.2022) et les <strong>Plaies<\/strong> et la <strong>Gestion des Tiers<\/strong> (27.04.2022), nous appliquons aux suivis cliniques le m\u00eame principe de simplification\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>1 th\u00e8me = 1 bloc<\/p>\n<p>Les comptes-rendus de suivi, pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s de celui du Flip Flop, sont ordonn\u00e9s de la fa\u00e7on suivante\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Suivi de
