Vereinfachung der Schritte zum Abschluss<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beim Abschluss der Leistungen des Teams:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Vorhandensein von Rechnungsanomalien wird in einer Kontrollmeldung angezeigt. Diese Anzeige soll den Benutzer informieren, dass es notwendig ist, die Anomalien in den Listen RE@05 und RE@10 zu bearbeiten, bevor die Rechnung generiert wird. Diese Pr\u00fcfung wird immer bei der Rechnungsgenerierung durchgef\u00fchrt<\/li>\n<\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_top tb_col_count_2 tb_00qi687\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column col2-1 tb_5dvn688 first\">\n                    <!-- bei der Behandlung von Anomalien<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die Liste der Kunden mit RE@05-Anomalie \u00e4ndert sich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den fehlenden Informationen, die f\u00fcr die Rechnungsstellung erforderlich sind, werden in RE@05 nun auch Kunden mit Mandatsanomalien (d. h. kein Hauptmandat oder mehrere Mandate) dargestellt, und zwar nur dann, wenn die betreffenden Kunden \u00fcber fakturierbare Leistungen f\u00fcr den aktuellen Zeitraum verf\u00fcgen. Zur besseren \u00dcbersichtlichkeit wird in der Anomalie auch der Zeitraum angegeben, f\u00fcr den es Leistungen ohne entsprechendes Mandat gibt.<\/li>\n<li>Um die Bearbeitung zu erleichtern:\n<ul>\n<li>Mit Hilfe des Felds &#8218;Aktuelle Periode: Ja\/Nein&#8216; kann, <strong>die Liste auf die zu verarbeitenden Anomalien reduziert werden<\/strong>, die im Hinblick auf den bevorstehenden Abschluss bearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Zur Erinnerung: Die Anomalien, die bereits in RE@05 festgestellt wurden, sind folgende:\n<ul>\n<li>Fehlende Daten auf Klientenebene: Name, Vorname, Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Kanton und Gemeinde des Wohnorts, Polizei-Nr.<\/li>\n<li>Auf der Ebene der Versicherung des Kunden: Fehlende GLN-Nummer (erforderlich f\u00fcr die Ekarus-Rechnungsstellung)<\/li>\n<li>Fehlende ZSR nach Wohnkanton und Art der Mandats\u00fcbernahme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Da die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von Mandaten nur noch in <strong>RE@05<\/strong> stattfindet, sinkt die Zahl der Eintr\u00e4ge in <strong>RE@10<\/strong> drastisch. In RE@10 werden sich wiederfinden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leistungen mit unvereinbarem Mandat (z.B. Pflegeleistung im Auftrag des Klienten)<\/li>\n<li>Leistungen, die auf Null erzwungen werden<\/li>\n<li>Leistungen, deren Datum nicht mit einer der in <strong>RE05 &#8211; Rechnungsperioden<\/strong> definierten Perioden \u00fcbereinstimmt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Veranschaulichung der Anomalien anhand eines Falls eines Kunden mit in Rechnung gestellten Leistungen, aber ohne g\u00fcltiges Diese Anzeige soll den Benutzer informieren, dass es notwendig ist, die Anomalien in den Listen RE@05 und RE@10 zu bearbeiten, bevor die Rechnung generiert wird. Zur besseren \u00dcbersichtlichkeit wird in der Anomalie auch der Zeitraum angegeben, f\u00fcr den es Leistungen ohne entsprechendes Mandat gibt.<\/li> <li>Um die Bearbeitung zu erleichtern: <ul> <li>Mit Hilfe des Felds 'Aktuelle Periode: Ja\/Nein' kann, <strong>die Liste auf die zu verarbeitenden Anomalien reduziert werden<\/strong>, die im Hinblick auf den bevorstehenden Abschluss bearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <ul> <li>Zur Erinnerung: Die Anomalien, die bereits in RE@05 festgestellt wurden, sind folgende: <ul> <li>Fehlende Daten auf Klientenebene: Name, Vorname, Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Kanton und Gemeinde des Wohnorts, Polizei-Nr.<\/li> <li>Auf der Ebene der Versicherung des Kunden: Fehlende GLN-Nummer (erforderlich f\u00fcr die Ekarus-Rechnungsstellung)<\/li> <li>Fehlende ZSR nach Wohnkanton und Art der Mandats\u00fcbernahme<\/li> <\/ul> <\/li> <\/ul> <p>Da die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von Mandaten nur noch in <strong>RE@05<\/strong> stattfindet, sinkt die Zahl der Eintr\u00e4ge in <strong>RE@10<\/strong> drastisch.
